She wore a 5 star smile, a mustard colored outfit, she was very humble and Assisted and walked my husband and I through the sign in process. She was amazing. She should be commended. “When I first walked into Azure Shore Rehab facility, I wasn’t too sure about how I would feel about their staff taking care of my mom, fast forwarding to right now today, I’ve learned that the morning staff there at Azure Shores Rehab are the best staff I’ve ever encountered. The staff team always greets me with a friendly smile, and I can see that they really care about my mom, and the other patients there. My mom is there for the Rehab team to help her make sure she can be as mobile as possible since she has fallen at home a few times. The rehab team show so much compassion, love and support to my mom, and yes the other staff members as well. Mom even bonded with a few of the staff members there at Azure Shores Rehab, they always tell me how well she’s doing and I always see someone checking on her constantly whenever I’m there with her. The building, floors and rooms are always clean, which I am very observant about. She says she loves it there at Azure Shores Rehab. I couldn’t ask for a more caring team who shows compassion as well as being very passionate about their work ethic and dedication to my mom while she’s there doing her rehab. “Our staff are amazing!! Wesley – our activity director is so helpful and cheerful. I’ve been here 7 years. Every day Wesley pops into our room with a big smile and just sets the atmosphere to peaceful and happy. Our administrator – Michael visits and truly listens to all pros & cons & then rapidly acts accordingly to each issue. Rarely do we have complaints. Our nursing staff have such caring hearts towards the patients. Kindness goes a long way for sure. I’m a bed patient, and of bariatric size which requires much as per supplies/linens. Juan Carlos was the 1st housekeeping manager when I came 7 yrs ago & after being gone for a few years, he has returned and is right on target as to following through on my special bariatric needs & working with the administration & other department heads to order and follow-up on the supplies. Our administration visits each patient regularly. Housekeeping keeps our facility clean all the time. As per food – each patient has a care plan which the doctors and dietitians work together for the individual needs. I would be happy to talk with anyone regarding further if they like.
